James Reece-Ford, Managing Director.
As founder of the company and with over ten years experience as an audio engineer and production manager, James brings his technical knowledge and creative flair to Reece Productions Limited. As well as being an active part of the team on-site, James is the main driving force behind the business, he can often be found discussing his latest ideas for the business and client events in his local pub.

Gary Taylor, Director, Business Development
Gary's people skills and years of experience playing in and managing bands, coupled with his good humour makes him popular with clients and colleagues. Gary was promoted to the Board of Directors in 2010. His level headed business skills and talent for logistics keeps the team on an even-keel.

Chris Wisbey, Technical Production Manager
Chris (better known as Wiz) is a massive asset to the team here at RP. His organisational and technical skills and a knowledge of all areas of our business are second to none. From his roots as freelance Production Manager, planning and managing live events of all sizes, Chris also brings a wealth of experience of installation projects. Chris will also be heading up RP's Charter Hall commitments.

Ben White, Production Assistant
Ben joined the team at Reece Productions in July 2009, and instantly fitted in perfectly. His 2-1 in Sound Design Technology from the University of Hertfordshire puts him in good stead of the technical aspects of our work, plus he has an excellent sense of humor (we'll, he'd have to...). He fronts a popular 'Indie' band, and makes excellent tea...

Shona Murdoch, Admin Assistant
Since joining RP in February 2010 Shona has rapidly become a popular member of our team, and has taken to task many of the administration duties from James, enabling him to concentrate on the broader aspects of running the company. Shona is also the friendly voice you will normally hear when you call us here at Reece Productions. She also says that her tea is much better than Ben’s!
